This is Maisie, my very bad tempered Moggie
Maisie, she was born on Good Friday 1987 and I sort of inherited her from a good friend in Walthamstow, London Maisie likes games with newspapers, balls with bells in them (especially wacking them off skirting boards when I'm asleep, most of all she likes to sleep and eat mice, her other qualities are VERY VERY sharp claws and chasing anything reflective over the carpet or up the walls She has a special diet, she has to eat dried food, this is due to having an allergic reaction to tined food, so Maisie is one of the cats who doesn't prefer the 8 of out 10 owners who say their cats prefer this brand (no free advertising here). If she does eat tined food, she moults and goes bald round her backside, (not a pretty sight first thing in the morning) I think this picture does sum her features up very well, she has her get out of my face expresion, one which I am very used to. |

What have I got.................
Well, I have 1 sister Helen, she still lives in Glasgow, she is a retired "poliswuman" she too has another mad moggie, this one is called Dizzy. My sister has recently returned from Greece, where she was "hand plucking" herbs on Mount Olympus.. She also likes to travel, a few years ago, she spent some time in Oz. She goes back and forth quite a bit to Greece, I think easyjet have a plane named in her honour, probally due to the amount of money that has exchanged hands between them.
My mum (Mags) is bit mad, she also likes to travel, Canada, Crete and Greece, her hobby at the moment is "clocking up the miles" in her white Nissan Micra, mum only passed her driving test (1st attempt) in 1990 (lessons since 1963), although she enjoys driving, she does'nt like going round roundabouts, however, my sister has not been too well in recent times, so, mums been clocking up the miles between both homes, so, if your on the roads in the south side of Glasgow and you see a wee white micra, get out the way quick............ (mums found 5th gear)
My dad (James) passed away in July this year, he was 73 years young, he had suffered a major stroke in 1988. His interests were cars, caravans & as a teenager, cycling, the great outdoors and his family. As a family, were have toured the entire length and breadth of the United Kindom and ventured often into western Europe, his favorite country was Denamrk, were he travelled quite extensively in the 1960 since he was employed by the Danish Bacon Comp, as a food rep.
I think this is where I have developed my love for travelling, just a thought, then I'm off whether its a day at Alton Towers or a day just driving round the countryside....
